1.2 Cancellation: If you need to cancel your service appointment, please do so at least one day in advance. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed promptly.

2.1 Used or Damaged Tyres: Tyres that have been used or damaged after our mobile tyre fitting service are non-refundable.

2.2 Service Fee: The service fee for the mobile tyre fitting appointment is non-refundable if the service has been successfully completed.

2.3 Emergency Call-Out Charge: If there's a cancellation from the customer, emergency call-out charges will be applied, which are £120–200 depending on the nature and time of the call-out.
