– If you need to cancel your service appointment, please do so at least one day in advance. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed promptly.
- Non-Refundable Items
2.1 Used or Damaged Tyres:
– Tyres that have been used or damaged after our mobile tire fitting service are non-refundable.
2.2 Service Fee:
– The service fee for the mobile tire fitting appointment is non-refundable if the service has been successfully completed.
2.3 Emergency Call-Out Charge:
-If there’s a cancellation from the customer, then emergency call-out charges will be applied, which are £120–200, depending on the nature and time of the call-out.
